Security professionals arriving at GSX 2025 will find the agenda shaped by pressing questions of resilience, usability, and cost—factors redefining how buyers assess both physical and digital security platforms. CEIA USA will open the week by spotlighting its latest portfolio of advanced detection systems, designed to deliver accurate, efficient, and user-friendly screening across environments ranging from K-12 schools and stadiums to airports and correctional facilities.

CEIA is debuting new technology at the conference, along with a practical checklist to help attendees compare options. The company underscores industry trends around simplicity, mobility, and total cost of ownership, while stressing the need for systems that secure people without creating unnecessary disruption or fear. This balance—delivering effective detection that communities view as welcoming—is a growing priority for buyers and a focus of CEIA’s innovation.

Gallagher Security is also using the event to debut tools aimed at simplifying migration, extending cloud reach, and automating access control.

Among the highlights: QuickSwitch, designed to help organizations shift onto Gallagher’s system without rewiring cabinets or buildings; OneLink, which connects Controller 7000s to Command Centre servers via the cloud without VPNs; and the Controller 7000 line, which merges access, alarms, and perimeter security under one architecture. Gallagher is also giving a first look at AccessNow, a cloud-native access management platform set for release in November that automates user requests and approvals.

The showcase is framed against wider industry shifts. IT departments are exerting more influence as security systems double as compliance and insight tools. Ease of use is becoming a differentiator as non-technical staff interact with systems daily. Staffing shortages are pushing demand for automation, and end users are weighing vendor relationships as heavily as feature lists.

Gallagher says its focus is on balancing innovation with operational simplicity, arguing that customers want technology that works across distributed environments without straining budgets or staff. The company will be presenting these solutions at booth #3339.
